GUIDESOLE™ technology reduces ankle flexion and lightens the load placed on your foot. Along with its curved sole design, this shoe helps you roll through your training with less effort.

Great shoe with bottom less cushioning and excellent support. I took the uk 11 because they did not have 10.5 but regret it I wish I took the 10.
