This ultralight hydration vest is designed for people who like the lightest vest, with a capacity of 12L and weighing only 192 grams. 2 pockets for two 500ml soft flask and a back pocket for a water bladder up to 1.5L. In total 11 different compartments. It includes running pole holders.
